Chevie

Our week together has flown by and Chevie's doing great! We've only had one accident in the house, and I took the blame for it. I was busy moving furniture so I told her I must not have been paying attention when she asked me to go out! We went to a friend's neighborhood for Halloween and she helped greet all the Trick-or-Treaters at the door and then charmed all the neighbors when we took our friend out trick-or-treating. The third night here she started barking and whining in her crate but as a behavior analyst student I set up a little behavior intervention that would have made Pavlov and B.F. Skinner proud... took about an hour to train her not to bark or whine for me in the crate, but it worked and we haven't had a problem since! I'm attaching a video of her latest trick! I was home sick and bored on Saturday so we stayed inside and goofed around together. Will keep you posted with any new tales! ~foster mom, Becca
