Griffyn

Griffyn

If I had to guess, I'd say Griffyn (a cockapoo) is in the equivalent of the prime retirement years--maybe 70 to 75. He's done with the 9 to 5 and ready to get out and enjoy life. If he were a human male, he'd be playing a lot of golf about now, and maybe taking some dance classes with the wife. Griffyn seems like an earth sign, most likely a Taurus. He's down-to-earth, easy-going, and just a little bit stubborn. Griffyn likes everyone! He enjoys children, men, and women, and he's friends with dogs, cats, and even rabbits. He doesn't like trouble, and thinks we should all just get along.

Griffyn just wants to be where his people are, if only to stretch out on his bed and take a snooze until something interesting happens. When it's TV time, he may try to sneak in someone's lap. He likes an occasional chew bone, and he loves a nice stroll on a pleasant day. He enjoys car rides if he's able to ride on the console so he can look out the windshield. Watching the other dogs chase birds and squirrels is fun, but he'd rather stay nearby, where there may be a free hand for petting. Uncle Griff's favorite food is "Gravy" made from canned dog food and warm water that we pour over his kibble. Yum!

Griff's special talent is patience. He is subtly persistent in a very polite way. It's easy to give in to him when he wants something. He also has a pretty fine sprint speed, which he shows off every morning when he takes his exercise, and is impeccably house trained. His pet peeves are barking, yelling, and fussing. His theme song is "Why Can't We be Friends" by Sly and the Family Stone.

In sum, Griffie is basically perfect. He is without a doubt the easiest foster I've ever had.
