Sawyer. Sometimes when we get new kids into the program they need a little time to warm up and show us their true personalities and that's sure been the case with Mr. Sawyer. We don't know much about his backstory, but it's likely there was some neglect or abuse there because it took him awhile to get comfortable...but once he did he has been gentle and loving and fun. You wouldn't recognize him from his earlier days as a scared pup, this kid is young, energetic, snuggly, happy, healthy and friendly. We're not so sure about cats, but we know he's ok with older kids. For some lucky family, he's definitely worth the wait! Sawyer is about 2 years old. Applications will be opening back up soon!
