Macon Bacon. In a nutshell, he's a lovable meathead. Macon is a handsome, active ~3-year-old guy who loves the great outdoors. He's house-trained and crate-trained and will sit nicely for treats. Macon is good with other dogs (although he sometimes plays pretty rough so he needs another dog who isn't fragile and can take some wrasslin'). He walks reasonably well on a leash. He's healthy and strong, has no known allergy issues, and is on the bigger end of the cocker spaniel spectrum at 36 lbs. Like any meathead, Macon has his own mind about some things: he loves to chase squirrels, bolt through doors, and dig under fences, and sometimes he likes to pretend that he doesn't hear you when you're calling him. He can be a little mouthy and can take a while to warm up. Macon would love to be part of an active family willing to give him the supervision, structure, and positive support needed to really shine!
