Okra Winfrey! We think it’s fairly safe to say that of all of the Veggie Patch Puppies with their mama having 22% lab…. It all landed in Miss O. She is (by far) the biggest in the patch, outweighing her siblings by several pounds. Okra is not going to be a big dog, however. She’s on track to be about cocker spaniel size. Miss Okra looks the most like her mama. She loves playing with her Labrador and Frenchie foster siblings but is also up for snuggling anytime, anywhere. Okra is doing well with her housetraining (but still needs close supervision) and although she's on the shy side, she interacts well with the people she meets at her foster mom's office. Okra is one of eight siblings born to Judy Garden on April 13th. Judy is a long-haired chihuahua mix, and DNA tests show dad was a Jack Russell terrier mix. None of the puppies are expected to get very big. Mama weighs 15 lbs. Interested in adoption? Our adoptions require an approved application which you can find on our our website.
