Adorable & Adoptable: Meet Dover This gorgeous boy is a survivor. When Dover came to us, his future looked uncertain and by "uncertain" we mean that he literally almost didn't make it-- Drained by fleas and ticks, his little body was barely holding on. But this courageous pup didn’t give up-- with multiple transfusions and Dover’s incredible resilience, he scraped by and clawed his way back to health. He is now thriving!
This handsome boy has embraced the good life. He’s playful, affectionate, and happiest when snuggled up beside someone giving him belly rubs. Dover is fantastic with other dogs, adores people, and is working hard on his potty training. He knows basic commands like "sit" and "come here" and is eager to please. While he’s still learning, he’s making great progress—and he’s oh-so-worth it! Dover is a young guy-- estimated to be probably younger than 2 years old. He has thankfully put on some weight, but is not a big guy!
Dover’s sweet spirit and loving personality make him a perfect companion for someone ready to give him the forever home he deserves.
