Adorable & Adoptable: Charlee. Here's something we probably don't have to tell you: Dogs are Amazing... for many reasons, really, but in particular for Charlee it's because this guy is totally blind, but you likely wouldn't even notice at first because he is just that good at navigating himself around--steps and stairs and the whole yard, around the house, including finding the cat's litterbox to search for "treats" (eww, Charlee, that's a no no). This guy adapted to his disability seemlessly. He gets along great with other dogs and cats, even. He's a pro at finding nice comfy places to settle in. This beautiful boy has such a mellow personality. About the only thing to ruffle his feathers is when he can't find his person, which is when you might hear him sing the siren song of his people. We've been working with him on some crate training to give him a comforting "safe spot" --something he heartily agrees with, especially if it includes treats. Charlee is almost 5 years old and he would love a home where he can find ALL the comfy beds and just chill with his people--he promises to let you pick the movie!
