Suzette! A few comments about older women – or cocker girls… “Older women are dignified. An older woman knows herself well enough to be assured in who she is, what she is, what she wants and from whom. Older women are forthright and honest.”
Suzette is all of that. We affectionately call her Suzy and she doesn’t mind a bit. She is here to help, to give a hand/paw shake, to keep us from being lonely. Sometimes she plays wildly and then reminds herself to be dignified. Suzy is hard of hearing – but can hear the refrigerator open from across the house. She is remarkable. She is McCoy’s best friend and companion – she has been there for him since he arrived and comforted him so much. Suzy is about 10 years old but so young at heart. She is sturdy, fast, funny, cute, gorgeous, loud, shiny, playful, sweet, demure, helpful, sensitive and loving…and we adore her.
